Station located near entrance gate to Penitencia Water Treatment Plant, on Whitman Way, in northeast San Jose.

Measurements began October 24, 1967, with continuous operation to the present.

10/24/1967	8-inch Fischer & Porter ADR recorder installed with windshield.
12/09/1974	Station moved approximately 300 feet south and 75 feet lower in elevation. In addition, telephone telemetry installed, and the windshield removed.
10/05/1976	Fischer & Porter ADR converted from english to metric measurement.
05/23/1980	Fischer & Porter ADR converted from metric to english measurement.
09/85/1985	12-inch Sierra-Misco radio-reporting tipping bucket Gauge, with one millimeter resolution, installed to supplement the existing Fischer & Porter ADR.
08/26/1992	Fischer & Porter removed.
2005-2014	Sierra Misco 5050 removed and Hydrolynx 5096 installed.
