Description
Station located on right bank of levee road between the Guadalupe River and Alamitos percolation pond.

Measurements began October 1, 1959, with continuous operation to the present.

10/01/1969 8-inch Bendix recorder installed.
11/22/1972 Evaporation pan installed; station moved to temporary location from 10/06/1971 to 11/22/1972 during installation.
03/25/1976 3-inch non-recorder replaced by 8-inch Fischer & Porter ADR recorder.
08/30/1976 Fischer & Porter ADR removed and 3-inch non-recorder in operation during preparation of new station.
12/12/1976 Gauge moved approximately 800 feet northeast.
12/20/1976 Fischer & Porter ADR moved to new site.
12/09/1977 Windshield installed.
04/20/1978 Fischer & Porter converted to metric units.
05/22/1980 Fischer & Porter converted to English units.
09/21/1983 12-inch Sierra-Misco 5050 radio-reporting tipping bucket gauge, with one millimeter resolution, installed to supplement the existing Fischer & Porter ADR.
07/01/1992 Fischer & Porter removed.
09/27/2005 High Sierra model 3206 narrow banded transmiter and tipping bucket installed.
07/25/2006 Installed Hydrolynx 5096 serial number 1278.
07/23/2007 Installed High Sierra 3206 serial number 19142 with new buckets.
